Custom and personalized frames are made-to-order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at apex.frames.19808@gmail.com with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.

Stock items in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable).
